Users

Users

The Users module is where the credentials for your registered users (and administrators) are kept.
 
 

Adding a user 

- Go to your Users module.
 
- Click the “New” tab . 
 
- Enter the details for your user into the appropriate fields 
Fields of note are described below: 
Account approved:  Whether the account is active or not. 

Account suspended: This is set to “Yes” by the system if someone gets their password wrong too many times. Set to “No” to make the user’s account active again. 

Role(s): Select which roles the user will belong to. Roles are used to define which areas of the site the user can access. [e.g. Member / Student].

Site(s): If your organisation has more than one website (a multisite), select which site(s) the user can access.
