Controlling Page Access and Visibility
Page access dictates who can view content on a page. This is defined by the user’s role. Visibility dictates who can see pages show up in navigation around the site and is also defined by the user’s role. By default, a page is accessible to all and visible to all. The options are shown below:
Limit access or visibility options for either access or visibility, the following options are present:
- All users: Available to anyone
- Registered Users Only: Anyone that is logged into the website, regardless of role.
- Specific User Roles: Only the selected roles.
- Save your options.
Choose your desired option and save your page via the “Update Live” button.
