Set up payment (with an existing direct debit instruction)
- Access your Memberbase dashboard.
- Navigate to “contacts”.
- Select a contact and click on “view”.
- Under the “finance” drop-down select “setup direct debit”.
- Click on the “existing payment method” checkbox.
- Fill in the required fields, (payment method, product category, product, and payment plan) respectively.
- Finally, click on “Setup payment”.
