Set up a direct debit (send setup request)
- Access your Memberbase dashboard.
- Navigate to “contacts”.
- Select a “contact”.
- Right-click on “view” to take you to the contact detail page.
- Under the “finance” dropdown select “setup direct debit”.
- Finally, click on Setup payment.
The above action sends an E-mail to the client, the client is expected to copy the link and open it on the browser to redirect the client to go cardless platform, where the client is required to fill in the form field.
