Incorporating these optional search-specific options can help improve your page's visibility and ranking on search engine results pages. However, it's important to remember that high-quality content is still the most important factor in determining your page's ranking.
- Click on the page in question in the page tree. Then when editing the page, click the “SEO” tab. 
- Edit the fields that you wish to update.
This is usually a few words that would serve as a headline for the page. It is used by search engines as a ranking factor and also shows as the link you click on within search engine results. In River, the page title is automatically the same as the name of the page by default. An example is the blue text in Google:

 

Consider using a phrase you wish people to find you for in your title. Avoid being spammy. 
- Page Description: A couple of sentences describing your page. Not a ranking factor, but it can sometimes show as descriptive text in search results.
