Groups

Groups

Groups are an awesome feature in Memberbase that allow you to create smaller, more focused groups of stakeholders for any specific purpose you may want. For instance, you can create groups for marketing lists or groups that capture stakeholders with specific interests.
Now, there are two types of groups in Memberbase: static groups and dynamic groups. With static groups, stakeholders have to be manually added and removed from the group. This is useful for creating smaller groups with specific individuals that you handpick.
But if you want to save time, dynamic groups are the way to go. With dynamic groups, you define a set of criteria for the group, and the system automatically adds or removes stakeholders based on whether they meet the criteria you've set. For example, you can create a dynamic group that includes all members who have purchased a ticket to a particular event in the last 30 days.
But here's where it gets cool you can also link your groups to Mailchimp lists, so as members are added or removed from your Memberbase groups, they're automatically added or removed from your Mailchimp list as well. This means you can easily run powerful campaigns or drip marketing based on member activity within Memberbase.
So, if you're looking for a way to easily manage smaller groups of stakeholders and target them with specific campaigns, groups in Memberbase have got you covered.
