- Login to the Senior River CMS admin panel.
- Navigate to the "Forms Audit" menu.

- Click on "Forms Audit."


Here, you can review form submission data, analyze conversion rates, and identify areas for improvement. The Forms Audit feature helps you optimize your forms to enhance user engagement.
