ENTRY TEMPLATES

Overview: Entry Template is a template that allows the admin to enter details of the members that attended the event organized by the organization. Once the info is uploaded, it automatically appears in the diary of the members. The Entry Template is only accessible by an admin.

HOW TO USE AN ENTRY TEMPLATE FOR AN EVENT
1. Create the template for an event. This includes the title of the event, description of the event, CPD value, category, and tags. Then you save



2. Download the template created by clicking on the arrow button.



3. When you download the template it appears as an excel sheet that allows you to input the details of the attendees.
4. Upload the created file by clicking on the "Add Upload" button. This completes the process.



Once the members log into their diaries, they will be able to see the details there. Their points also get reflected. 

In summary, the entry template allows you to create the details of the event, download the template to input the details of the attendees, and upload it back to the system and the information automatically appears in their diaries.
