Adding a form to a page

Adding a form to a page

Adding a form to a page is a simple process.
- First, create the page you want the form to go on.
- As you are selecting the template in the layout manager,
- Choose the Form Builder template.
You will then gain some new settings on the Standard Content Settings page at the top.
- Use the drop-down menu to select which form you wish to display.
Next are some options for emailing the user and letting your team know when a form has been submitted.

Redirect to the custom confirmation page: This means when the user has submitted the form, they will be taken to a new page where the confirmation will be displayed. When writing the confirmation message, make sure to use the provided options for auto-writing your message. Using these means the system will use the user’s information from the form in the confirmation message.
They are self-explanatory, but here is the list of them.

Automatic emails: These will (if selected) email the user a confirmation email for their form submission. The text box works the same as the text box from the confirmation message redirects from above.

Email Administrators option: With this you can receive an email each time a form is submitted if your role on the website is set to administrator, saving you from checking the site for new submissions and instead receiving them by email. Once again, the text box works like the two above.
Once sorted, make sure to publish the site to make the form live or save a draft to keep a record of the changes you have made.
