We have recently (06/07/2018) upgraded to a newer version of OsTicket, providing us with many new features. We apologize if you have had any issues submitting tickets or viewing tickets since this upgrade.

Due to migration, you will be required to register a new account with the support desk. If you have created a new account, you can log in as normal. If you do not already have an account, please follow the below steps to register.

  1. Click the 'Sign In' button in the top right corner of this screen.
  2. Click 'Create an Account' next to where it says 'Not Yet Registered?'
  3. Fill in your basic details on the following page and you will be emailed upon successful registration.
Alternatively you may 'Open a New Ticket' from this screen. This will allow you to create a ticket as a guest.
When viewing your ticket as guest, you will be given the option to create an account at the top of your ticket.
