14/09/2018 - We are currently having internet connectivity issues within our Nottingham Office. This may cause a delay with ticket responses, emails, and communication issues with the phone line.

These issues are not effecting connectivity to any of our websites.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and are aiming to restore full service as soon as possible.

Due to migration to a newer version of OsTicket, you will be required to register a new account with the support desk. If you have created a new account, you can log in as normal. If you do not already have an account, please follow the below steps to register.

  1. Click the 'Sign In' button in the top right corner of this screen.
  2. Click 'Create an Account' next to where it says 'Not Yet Registered?'
  3. Fill in your basic details on the following page and you will be emailed upon successful registration.
Alternatively you may 'Open a New Ticket' from this screen. This will allow you to create a ticket as a guest.
When viewing your ticket as guest, you will be given the option to create an account at the top of your ticket.
